This one I baked for my sister and neighbour. She had an interview with an Icelandic home design magazine named Hús og Híbýli and of course she needed something sweet to compliment the coffee 😉
I baked this vanilla cake and chose this Vanilla Bean Swiss Meringue Buttercream to go with it. I decorated the cake with melted white chocolate, meringue and edible gold leaf flakes.Sweet kisses, Nina
